Fifth Sunday Cookout

Fifth Sunday Cookout/Potluck and Blessing of Students and Educators—this Sunday, September 29, following worship. Join us for a time of fellowship and encouragement at our back-to-school cookout and potluck. We will provide table service, burgers, hot dogs, and the fixings, water, and juice boxes. Everyone should plan to bring a side or dessert to share…and any other beverage or adult beverage you’d prefer. We plan to have a bounce house for the kids and some teen-led yard games (weather permitting).

 Photo Shoot—We need some new pictures for our website, so immediately following worship this Sunday we’d love for you to participate in a very brief photo shoot in our Sanctuary. Posted pictures will be anonymous (backs of heads, close shots of hands, etc.).

 Eliot Society Lecture and Performance: “A Place to Be: Gospel Resonances in Classical Music” with Roger W. Lowther—Saturday, October 26, 6:30PM, Redeemer Sanctuary

 Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) invites all to join the study of Revelation: the Revealing of Jesus.  Please go to bsfinternational.org to check out the materials and register for the classes for all ages. In person classes meet at Weems Creek Baptist on Thursday nights or at Calvert Grace on Thursday nights. On-line classes for all ages meet on most any day of the week during the evening.
