Year-End Giving

Lauren and I have been receiving year-end giving appeals for well over a month. Five came in the mail today. All worthwhile.

This is because more than half of all charitable organizations receive a majority of their support in November and December, with the biggest percentage of that coming after December 15th. It’s that time of year.

A majority of Redeemer’s members give very consistently throughout the year. Thank you! But some people do make special year-end gifts. So, if you’re deciding on a year-end gift that will have a lasting impact, I hope you’ll consider giving to Redeemer. You can do so with confidence. All gifts are tax-deductible, and you can give online securely with Tithely at redeemerannapolis.org/giving. Use the pull down and select “Year-End Gift”.

Over the years, the generosity of Redeemer’s congregation has been astounding, and I know most have said No to other important things in order to say Yes to Redeemer’s work. That’s humbling. I feel sincere gratitude for this kind of commitment, and echo the words of the Apostle Paul to the Philippian church: “I thank God in all my remembrance of you.” (Phil. 1:3)

With gratitude,

Steve+
